This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Website and the owner and provider of IntRec Apps and Sites.  This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Apps and Sites.

This Policy only applies to IntRec and User actions on our sites and apps.  It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from our Sites and Apps including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

Personal data will be processed only for the purposes of personnel selection processes.

In any case, there is no discrimination based on birth, age, race, sex, religion, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.

What personal data are the subjects of this processing?

The Informed Consent of the data subject is required under  Art. 6.1.a) GDPR.

Name and surname, address (postal or email), telephone number, signature, image and voice.

Personal characteristics

Biometric data, including facial image, tone of voice, facial features, head movement, and behaviour data, are collected by means of video interviews using artificial intelligence to analyse personality, emotions, and competencies.  IN NO EVENT IS THE BIOMETRIC DATA INTENDED TO UNIVOCALLY IDENTIFY A PHYSICAL PERSON.

Training, qualifications, candidate history, professional experience, and membership in professional associations or associations

Job Detail

Category/ grade, job, Salary, history of employment, Licenses, Languages, skills and competencies.

Other Data Collected 

Without limitation, any of the following Data may be collected by this Website from time to time: 

  • IP address (automatically collected); 
  • web browser type and version (automatically collected); 
  • operating system (automatically collected); 
  • a list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on this Website, and the site you exit to (automatically collected) 

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data?

The provision of personal data is a condition for assessing your ability to work in order to participate in the personnel selection process. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the impossibility of using the services of IntRec Sp. z o.o.

Your data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision-making will be carried out based on the principles described on the website intrec.io. The consequence of such processing will be the selection of candidates for the job requested by a given IntRec client (a company looking for employees, for the position for which it is applying) from the group of Candidates, or users of IntRec Candidate, who apply for a certain job position.

Our Use of Data 

Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Us for a period of five year. 
Unless we are obliged or permitted by the User or the law to do so, and subject to Clause 5, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and other companies within our group. 
All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the relevant European legislation.   
Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Sites and Apps.  Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons: 

  • improvement of our products / services. 
  • transmission by email of promotional materials that may be of interest to you. 
  • contact for market research purposes, which may be done using email, telephone, or mail.

Will we transfer your personal data?

The recipients of the personal data will be the companies in charge of the selection process through the IntRec Recruiter application.

Personal data will be transferred to a third country/international organisation if you choose the application process for a position based in a third country or to an international organization. You always have the informed consent of the data subject (Art. 49.1.a GDPR).

What rights do you have when you provide us with your personal data?

As an interested party, you are assisted by the rights indicated below, but please note that in the case of social networks, we access the personal data that appears in your profile as a result of the mutual monitoring made to our Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram accounts exclusively; therefore, to exercise the rights over your personal data, you must do this with the social network provider yourself.

Right of Access: You have the right to know if your data is being processed and to receive that information in writing through the requested means.

Right of Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, however, you must bear in mind that the right of deletion is limited when there is a legal right to retain or block your data.

In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims, the protection of third parties, or for reasons of important public interest.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. The person in charge will stop processing the data, except for compelling legal reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

When the processing of your data is based on consent or is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contract and is carried out by automated means, you will have the right to the portability of your data, that is, to have it delivered in a structured format that is of common use and readable, even to have it sent to a new data officer.

Any interested party may lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority in the field of Data Protection, especially when he has not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of his rights and the way to contact it will be to write to the President of the Office of Data Protection.

You may request it in writing, and it must be sent to the postal or electronic address of the Data Protection Complaint Team.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practises and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. In the event that any Data submitted by Users is to be transferred in such a manner, you will not be contacted in advance and informed of the changes.

Wherever you are required to submit Data, you will be given options to restrict our use of that Data.  This may include the following: use of Data for direct marketing purposes, sharing your data with partner companies, IntRec members or Recruiters and sharing Data with third parties.

You may access certain areas of our Sites and Apps without providing any Data at all. However, to use all features and functions available on our Sites and Apps you may be required to submit certain Data. You may restrict your internet browser’s use of Cookies.
